Michael Capaldo is our principal consultant; he brings three decades of insurance industry innovation to his clients, along with years of experience in the field of ERISA-regulated benefits plans. Michael's services include analyzing and designing employer-sponsored benefits plans, creating Plan documents, Non-discrimination testing, HRIS selection and implementation, ICHRA/QSHERA implementation and management, and Affordable Care Act penalty mitigation, compliance, and reporting services. He's owned and operated several successful insurance agencies, held director-level positions at insurance carriers and served as the Director of Communications and Training at the New York Liquidation Bureau (the court-appointed receiver of insolvent and impaired insurance carriers) where he had a major role in the successful rehabilitation of an insurance carrier.
